It is very common to meet in places where Sevillians only drink beers, usually standing in the middle of the street. They usually order the beer very cold, with a touch of foam - usually from the Cruzcampo brand - and drinks olivas (olives) or “chochitos” (lupins) to accompany it to distract his hunger. Lupins are a rounded legume that is eaten without the thick skin that covers it. The consumption process consists of biting the pointed end and tearing that tip, then with two fingers, the chochito is placed towards the mouth and pressed with two fingers, shooting out and discarding the skin. It has little flavor, but it is refreshing and distracting.
Very traditional are Casa Vizcaino (Calle Feria 27), Bar El Tremendo (Calle San Felipe 13), Cervecería Coronado (Juan del Castillo 2), Bodega los Soportales (Plaza del Salvador 2), Bar Jota (Luis Montoto 52).
