CHURRERIAS Nowadays in fashion, in Seville churros are also called "calentitos". There are several of excellent quality and tradition. Bar el Comercio (Lineros 9), although crowded, it maintains its tradition of churros and tortilla toast. The meeting point for many Sevillians are, La Esperanza churrería (feria 108), La centuria cafeteria (Pza. la Encarnación 6) quiosco la Macarena (don Fadrique 1).
In the spring and summer evenings, have fried fish cones and cold beer in La Pastora (Muñoz y León s/n) next to the Almohad wall and in the coolness of the gardens, have a coffee and a sweet in the centenary La Campana confectionery (Sierpes 1) and you cannot leave Seville without visiting Garlochí, a cocktail bar between amazement and grotesqueness, all of it pure Sevillian baroque style on its walls. If you dare and you like something sweet, order "Sangre de Cristo" (grenadine, cava and whiskey). It is on 26 Calle Boteros and is a good initiation place for the rite of passage of introducing yourself or saying goodbye to the city.
